1. Latest band profile
2. Original song of your choice to be featured in the compilation
3. Indicate your band's country in the Email Subject (ex : SEA Wrap Up - INDONESIA)
Only 24 bands (6 bands per country) out of all submissions will be chosen to be in this year's compilation and each entry from the countries mentioned above will be deliberated by the committee of each country as below ;

- Philippines Malaysia
- Indonesia Thailand
Submission period will be from 24 February 2014 until 24 March 2014 and the final results will be announced on 20 April 2014 .
